Health Clinic Offering Free Medical Screenings For Hispanic Women... May 10 at Bethesda Health Clinic, 409 W. Ferguson St., in downtown Tyler.In addition, 29 vendors will be discussing in Spanish services available in the Tyler area to Hispanics.Dr. John English, Bethesda Clinic director, said, "The Hispanic population in East Texas continues to grow and thrive and one of the greatest challenges for Hispanics is accessing medical services."He added, "With this information being provided in Spanish, these women will be able to improve family access to healthcare and other services for family members in Tyler, allowing them to become better citizens."Bank of America is sponsoring Dia de las Madres for the second year. Last year 500 women attended.
